A Lead Generation Agency (or B2B Sales Team) focused on high-volume cold outreach to local service businesses-plumbers, lawyers, contractors, and other industries where finding the right contact is half the battle.

The team was trapped in the "Manual Prospecting Grind."
Human Speed Ceiling: Each sales rep could realistically scrape only 20–30 leads per hour by manually:
Searching Google ("plumbers in Austin")
Clicking each website one by one
Hunting for the "Contact Us" page
Copy-pasting emails into a spreadsheet
High CAC: Paying staff hourly for this grunt work made the cost-per-lead unsustainably high for low-margin services.
Stale Bought Lists: Pre-made lead lists often had 30–40% bounce rates because businesses had moved, closed, or changed emails. They needed fresh, live data directly from active websites.
Pipeline Stagnation: The bottleneck wasn't sales skill-it was simply not having enough qualified contacts to reach out to.

We didn't hire more VAs. We built a Tireless Research Engine that mimics the behavior of a human prospector-but operates at machine scale, 24/7.
The "Unlimited Scraper" Workflow:
Phase 1: Intelligent Search
The system takes a simple query (e.g., "dentists in Miami") and feeds it to the Serper API (Google Search Data).
Instantly pulls the top 100 organic results-the exact same list a human would manually click through.
Phase 2: Automated Visiting
The workflow visits every single website in the list, just like a human browser would.
It doesn't use sketchy third-party databases-it goes directly to the live website to ensure the business is still active.
Phase 3: Precision Extraction
Scans the raw HTML code of each page using custom JavaScript + Regex (pattern recognition).
Finds any valid email address while ignoring junk (e.g., image file names like logo@2x.png).
Phase 4: Clean Data Banking
Deposits the Website URL + Email Address directly into a Google Sheet for the sales team.
Data is structured, de-duplicated, and ready for immediate outreach.
Tech Stack: Serper API (Google search), n8n (orchestration & batch loops), Custom JavaScript (Regex email extraction), Google Sheets (lead repository), Throttling Logic (anti-ban safety).
The "Smart" Element: The "Resilient Batching" Engine. Web scraping is fragile-websites go offline, block bots, or have unusual structures. This workflow is "smart" because it uses Error Handling + Batch Loops. If Website #42 blocks the scraper or returns no email, the entire bot doesn't crash. It catches the error, logs "No Email Found," and immediately moves to Website #43. This resilience allows it to run unattended for thousands of leads without breaking.
